What is ADDYI?

ADDYI is a prescribed medication designed for women diagnosed with hypoactive (low) sexual desire disorder (HSDD). It effectively addresses low sexual desire in any sexual activity, situation, or partner. HSDD is a state where women experience persistent and troublingly low sexual desire, not resulting from medical or mental health concerns, relationship complications, or medication usage. Indications & Usage

ADDYI® (flibanserin) tablets are indicated for the treatment of premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), as characterized by low sexual desire that causes marked distress or interpersonal difficulty and is NOT due to:

• A co-existing medical or psychiatric condition,
• Problems within the relationship, or
• The effects of a medication or other drug substance.

Acquired HSDD refers to HSDD that develops in a patient who previously had no problems with sexual desire. Generalized HSDD refers to HSDD that occurs regardless of the type of stimulation, situation or partner.

How should I take ADDYI?

Follow your doctor's instructions exactly when taking Addyi Tablets in Pakistan. It should be taken once a day at bedtime, with one ADDYI tablet. Remember to only take ADDYI at bedtime, as taking it at other times may increase your risk of low blood pressure, fainting (loss of consciousness), accidental injury, and drowsiness. If you miss a dose, skip it and take your next dose at bedtime the next day. Do not take ADDYI the following morning or double your dose. If you accidentally take too much, contact your doctor. Notify your doctor if your symptoms of HSDD do not improve after 8 weeks of taking ADDYI.

Limitations of Use

Addyi Tablets in Pakistan is not indicated for the treatment of HSDD in postmenopausal women or in men.

ADDYI is not indicated to enhance sexual performance.
